2009-2010 Catapult Design Contest

Rules and Regulations
1. No purchase necessary to enter the 2009-2010 Catapult Design Contest ("contest").

2. The contest will end 3/1/2010.

3. The winner will be chosen based on submitted the most impressive contest application as determined by a panel of judges employed by Easy As My PC, Inc. in their sole discretion. Prizes will be assigned to those who have been identified as winners.

4. Players will be informed at the close of the contest if they are a winner, and if a player is identified as a winner, what prize has been won. Winners will receive their prizes via mail after the contest has completed and winners have been verified.

5. Taxes and delivery fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Easy As My PC, Inc. and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, losses, or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize.
The opportunity to play may be effected by local ability to access the Internet at any particular time.

6. The Contest is open to all players, 18 years or older who are legally allowed to participate in such a contest as allowed by their local laws. Legal guardians over the age of 18 may submit contest applications for their dependents.

7. Players must submit the required materials for their application before 3/1/2010. Players will be informed if they are a winner on or after 4/1/2010.

8. Limit one attempt per person. Easy As My PC, Inc. and its subsidiaries are not responsible for: incomplete, lost, late, damaged, scrambled or misdirected entries or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, which may limit a user’s ability to participate in the contest.

9. Easy As My PC, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud destroys the integrity of the game as determined by Easy As My PC, Inc. in its sole discretion.

10. Easy As My PC, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if insufficient applications are received as determined by Easy As My PC, Inc. in its sole discretion.

11. All entries become the property of Easy As My PC, Inc. and will not be returned or acknowledged.

12. Easy As My PC, Inc. will likely publish both winning and losing entries. No compensation will ever be given to the authors of the applications. Once an application is submitted, all intellectual property contained therein is transferred to Easy As My PC, Inc. to be used in its sole discretion and may be published on the web or any other medium without compensation in any way.

13. Employees and families of Easy As My PC, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

14. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name and/or likeness or the contents of the application for purposes of advertising and trade, worldwide in perpetuity, without future compensation, unless prohibited by law.

15. Prize winners will be required to verify address prior to awarding of the prize.

16. Entering the contest is considered a confirmation of eligibility on behalf of the enterer in accord with these rules and any pertaining local/federal/international laws.

17. All activities related to this contest are taken on at the applicants own risk, and participants are expected to seek professional help and advice whenever needed.

18. All programs and guarantees are subject to terms and conditions.
